Hello all!
I'm currently building a campervan based on the 2018 Citroen Relay / Ducato X290.
The last weeks I'm busy fixing a problem with the mirrors.
I cannot operate both mirrors. I have checked the fuses (20A / F47 and F48 in the cabin and fuse F24 in the engine compartment, all are good). I also replaced both mirrors (were damaged, so I had to do that anyway) and replaced the control switch. still nothing. the power windows work fine.
I found a schematic for a X250 Ducato (don't know if this pin layout changed) but I dont have any 12V on the pins. Is there perhaps another relay that is defect?

I have searched several forums and have found nothing that can help me. I hope someone here can help me out🙏
Many thanks
Gerwin

Hello,

You have not written which engine and norm does you van have. I assumed a 2018 should be the EUR6 already, so generated the docs for this one.

fiatforum.com is the best ;)

Many thanks! You are correct and these are (as far as I can see) the correct schematics. I see that there are 2 connectors D228(A). I will look for those. My door has been removed to repair a damage. Perhaps they didnt connect these.

Success!! 🥳 I followed the cables behind the dash to the connector. After some measuring, I found that (apparently) the previous owner has had a problem with the 12V supply in the cables to the door and made a separate connector for the 12V. When they put the door back in the body-shop they did not connect this separate wire.
Many thanks for the schematics!

Indeed: fiatforum and its contributors are the best😊
