Technical Ducato sprung and damped drivers seat

2021 Ducato has the sprung drivers seat which I find brilliant but sadly my wife can't drive the "new" van because the seat makes her nauseous, is there a was to lock of the sprung seat for her does anyone know, fiat professional were no help

Only thing i can think of is to put wood blocks underneath between where it go's up and down..or bolt some metal bits somehow..

As far as I remember, the producer of the seats is ISRI https://www.isri.com/en/

I'd ask them if there's a possibility to lock the seat in one position.
