Technical Ducato 230 , 2.8TDI clutch reassembly problem

Hello from France , sorry for my English ...

I first thank your forum for the help i found as i could not open de clutch carter , i made the special tool to take the fork axle away as seen here

Now my problem :
I received a Valeo kit (from UK) but the release bearing is allready fixed in the clutch mecanism !

I have seen a Spanish video where it is placed on the gearbox axle , fixed with the fork (on here axle again) and the operator seems to push the fork when the clutch carter is back on the engine :idea:

But here ?? Will i have to try to engage the fork and her axle after ???
How did you do ?

One more question wich side to place the clutch , there is a green color point on the big spring side , i beleive to place it to the gearbox side , right or wrong ?

I just tried with the old release bearing and its works fine

Very happy , but if someone can confirm wich side to put the clutch i would be very glad

If you are referring to which round way to fit the clutch friction disc, they are usually marked on one side.

English: Engine side or Gearbox side

Italian: Lato Cambio (Gearbox side)

German: Getriebeseite (Gearbox side) or Motorseite (Engine side)

Unfortunately i have nothing like that written on the clutch friction disc (), only a green point of color
I just noticed a date , it was made 10 years ago ! New but old ...(Ebay)
