Trying to find the top door lock/catch, ordered one and its the wrong hand, as the one in the pic, i need the left hand, passenger side, all the locks I see on line are right handed, any ideas, please

Trying to find the top door lock/catch, ordered one and its the wrong hand, as the one in the pic, i need the left hand, passenger side, all the locks I see on line are right handed, any ideas, please
I have fitted lots of those on Ducato vans, possibly the same on Citroen and Peugeot of that era plus maybe Iveco Daily too.
I know it may sound stupid but some of the top locks engage downwards, have you tried offering it up, especially some Ducato Maxi vans.
