Hello there, I'm a new member so sorry if this is on the wrong section. I own a Fiat Ducato 2.8 motor-home. It's been parked up for a long time. When I fired it up today, it started no problem, but when the throttle is depressed, there is not increase in rev's. The engine management light has also illuminated on the dash. Is this a regular fault among you guys/girls? If so, can you give me some guidance as to the probable cause. It's a fly-by-wire throttle, if that helps. Many thanks in anticipation! Kev

Hi Macker...helps us if you put the year, model , gearbox of your Ducat0 n your signature or post.
detail, detail , detail....

I have the 2006 x244 2.8 jtd motor.

MES software will show throttle position and other metrics. It is quite good.
My throttle is electronic and uses a sensor.

You may need to recalibrate throttle if you have a TPS?
But sounds like you don't by your comment....
