Hi there,
I am new to this forum, only found it whilst searching for help regarding my motorhome's starting issue and the advice given was good.
My van is a 2009 2.3 Multijet 130 motorhome and has been laid up most of the winter, just started occassionally. Went to move it last week and it had a flat battery so charged it overnight (directly with positive terminal removed). Next day was turning over as normal but not firing at all. I checked the warning lights, immobiliser indicator goes off when ignition is at MAR for a few seconds. Fuel pump can be heard running and I've opened a few injector pipes and fuel is there. Checked the safety switch under the dash, that's ok. Had a look for blown fuses and all seem ok. Also attached earth starter cable to battery from chassis with no luck. Finally run OBD diagnostics and no fault codes. I am starting to lose the will so this is the last resort before I call in the breakdown/garage for help, so hoping you might give me some ideas of things to look for?
Many Thanks,
Warren
