Technical Ducato 2.0 jtd start problem

Hello all!
I have problem starting my Ducato. Whwn I bought it the fuelpump was bad so it wouldent run good, after that was changed it started and run good. But now it doesent start when its cold even if I have te webasto on. If I give it start gas in the airbox it starts and run great after that. Even if I switch it of when its have been running it starts right up. Checked the lift pump but it seems to be running for 10 secons or so so it seems to work.
Ordered new glowplugs and shall try that but what else could it be?

It does sound like a glowplug problem. If they are the long thin pencil type 8mm ones be very careful as the snap easily.
