Does anyone have the manual for a Dualogic transmission? I recently replaced the clutch actuator, and I need to perform an air bleeding procedure. Could someone provide the detailed steps for this procedure?

Hello,

The system is complicated, it requires precise and regular servicing. Otherwise becomes problematic.

Bleeding the system is one of the steps of this servicing. As far as I remember, there are a couple of threads on that. Check this one, should be helpful:

There are as far as I remember 3 different fluids in the system. One of them, same as the brake fluid, DOT4, is highly higroscopic and should be changed every 2 to max 4 years to maintain its properties.

The TUTELA Transmission CS Speed is a specialized oil designed specifically for transmission systems, DOT 4 brake fluid is utilized in the clutch system, It's important to regularly check and refill the brake fluid used in the clutch system during each service, of course i do that without bleeding only change it in reservoir

Can you please modify the title of the post so more people will have a look? ;)

From what I understood from the linked post, there are 3 fluids! But can be mistaken.

If you mix the old DOT4 fluid with the new one by topping the new one, you still have a fluid with a fair amount of water in it.

Then, topping the DOT4 fluid is NOT the only thing you have to do while servicing the Dualogic / Selespeed / Conformatic / F1 gearbox. There are other actions to do, they are enumerated in MES. No idea if there is more description on those. The Ducato eLearn module has been messed up by FIAT, but you could try checking in the other ones (the logic of the robot is the same).

Have you seen that? it could help you understand how the system works:

And for the two fluids (the quantities can vary though, the table is taken from the Ducato handbook supplement:
