Can anybody tell me what the 78 means at the end of P0486-78 and what a B sensor on egr circuit might be.
Is there a definitive list anywhere.

With what program did you scan the code?

What is the exact description of the fault in Launch ?

I'm wondering whether it may be something to do with the throttle body

If the fault comes back, it isn't a bad idea to go to an local MultiEcuScan user. Sometimes codes get mixed up. MultiEcuScan probally has a better discription of the fault.
