General Dropping a Sei on 14" + 185/50

Anyone got a ready solution on what springs will give a nice drop on 5,5x14" with 185/50 without having to do any bodywork? (no scraping is a must too ). Looking for a bit more than Sporting springs, but no more than -40.

FK, Eibach, OMP, Jamex, Apex... probably more, I'd have to check more thoroughly.

-40 was in respect to standard Sei, so no more than -20 for a Sport.
