driving test

Turning up the wrong day. haha LOL.

I took my test three times in all, and passed twice.

Go figure. :)

i vote for give up. because it means one less car on the road that i have to contend with getting to work every morning :)

chin up try again. they usually fail blokes a couple of times if you look young and cocky

I passed my Moped, Motorcycle, LGV,(old HGV - a real b*stard of a test in a 10 ton truck at school chucking-out time) and Advanced Motorist tests all the first time of trying.

The 'standard' Car one, (which I always feel most comfortable with) - failed twice! (lol)

I had the same short-arsed git take me for my first two tests, (1st one I should have failed, granted) but the 2nd test was easily my best.

Got a different bloke on the 3rd, I made quite a few errors, (and thought I'd failed again) but he was happy to pass me. Just goes to show, you can never tell, so don't give up so easily!

Driving test

I passed my test a little while ago now but the first time i took it i had the examiner that everybody dredded. He was known for failing people and guess what i failed. I then re-booked it and two weeks later i had a different guy and i passed.

When you get into the car talk to the examiner and you will feel a lot more relaxed and comfortable. If you sit there thinking about the mistakes you couldmake you will make them.

Some examiners are very good and will talk to you and make you feel comfortable but others will just sit and watch you.

If you talk to them it takes your mind off of mistakes, try it it works.

what i never mentioned to you all is that i was out practicing in my bravo the evening before my test and someone ran into the back of me when i was stationary waiting at a junction to turn left.i had my l plates on and he says he thought i was going to pull out ! he put his foot down and clipped the drivers side at the back.theres hardly any damage to the car but it wasnt ideal preparation for my test.i couldnt drive home because i was shaken up a bit.next day after my test i went to hospital with a bit of stiffness and spent the next six hours on a stretcher board with my head in a harness.they said i have two bruised vertebrae and bruising to my sternum off the seat belt.if anyone still wants to buy the bravo dont worry theres nothing major with it.

Sounds like a telephone call to claims direct to me!! Hehe
