General Drivers seat

Hi, I have a 2011 Doblo, my 2nd, and it's fine except for the driver seat height adjustment which doesn't stay where it's set. Every time I drive it I have to readjust the height. Anyone had the same or similar problem?

Mines been fine. I usually break seats as well, me being a bit of are lardy boy. I generally only use it on the lowest setting though.

Hi Doblo832, you don't say whether it doesnt stay in the highest or lowest position, either way its quite strange that it should move when youre not using it. Mine just has high and low ratchet type adjustment at both the front and back of the seat, is yours the same?

Hi, thanks for the responses. My drivers seat has one adjustment lever at the side of the squab, pull up to raise the seat and push down to lower. The problem I'm having is that the seat gradually lowers itself whilst I'm driving - not by an mount to be felt. Once stopped it takes about three lifts to get it back to top position. Not a vast problem but very annoying! Apart from that I'm well pleased with car except the Blue&Me which after a year I'm still trying to figure !

Ok sound like a new doblo, in which case is it still under guarantee? Sounds like some kind of pneumatic leak.

You're right John it is a new, well year old with 20km on the clock, and is still under guarantee and I guess it'll need to go back to the agent. What I really wanted to find out was, is this a common fault?
