Having a slight problem shutting the drivers door, it has dropped badly and now you have to lift up to close.Which is a bit of a bugger when your inside.:)
I have tried tightening the torx screws at the top, but it looks like the inner part of the door is the problem, anyone else come across this problem? 120,000 on the clock, passenger side fine.

Yes, some guy came around in a 03 peugeot 807 the other day with the same problem, looked like the inner skin of the door had cracked causing the door to drop in the same manor you describe, the solution was I sold him 2 replacement doors!

I have a couple of ulysse doors in the light blue/silver colour if you are interested.

Hi
We have a 2004 petrol ulysse with 127500 miles on the clock, had same problem, where hinge is welded to the door this starts to split, we took door off and had it welded by local fabricator this was over two years ago, still holding well, only charged us a tenner.

Thanks both of you for the updates, I checked at the dealers in case it was a spare, bolt in or wield replacement. It's not.
I was thinking of getting it wielded if yours has lasted 2 years might be worth a shot:). I'm also looking for a replacement door on ebay / scrappies seeing if I can get a silver one to sort of match.
