Hi All,
You may or may have not read the thread I posted in here regarding a mate knocking a cyclist off his bike, if not, she has been held liable and as a result has to attend a 'Driver Improvement Course'.
She has been told that on this course, it will finish with a drive with 2 people whom will judge her driving ability; they cannot pass or fail her, but can refer her to police (if they don't feel her driving is sufficient) who could, in turn, refer the case back to court to face prosecution for knocking him off his bike.
All i want to know is how much should she worry... should she have a driving lesson with someone beforehand? She is a competent driver and other than the one mistake made with the cyclist, has a good driving history, however, when being watched she is often nervous and so is worried she might make mistakes.
It's quite an open question, but was hoping someone could comment who has experience or knowledge in courses like this.
As always, any help is appreciated.
Sam
