Technical  Dreaded P0335 Crank Sensor fault code

Thanks I found it and have give it a clean, although it didn't look to bad. I'll go for another test run tomorrow.

Went for a run today and it does it but only very slightly and that's from very low revs which I wouldn't normally do. I think I will put a set of plugs in as I've been looking at the service history and the last recorded change was 2015 However the last owner had a mechanic in the family and it was serviced by him and he also replaced the clutch and first motion shaft bearing and seal ( I think looking at the re sealing of the box in that area ) Unfortunately no documented records were made of this work so it's hard to tell when or if ever the plugs were changed, having said that they don't look seven years old but the cars only done 67k since 2004 so who knows.
Anyway the learning curve will continue. :)
