Others on Forum may have more specific detail, but if an 08 I would say at most a Euro 4.
I have an 08 Citroen Dispatch/Fiat Scudo that only has a "particulate filter", this looks like a DPF but has no pressure sensor pipes coming out of it at either end.
Do a search on Google to see the difference, to help identify.

Probably NO not factory-fitted.

Year of manufacture estimate: The serial number (the last 8 digits: 01576933) indicates production between approximately 2008 and 2009.
Newer models from 2011 onwards (Euro 5) often have serial numbers in the range of 024xxxxx (2.4 million) and higher.

Emissions standard: Vehicles from this period (2006–2010) generally meet the Euro 4 standard.

DPF status: The Fiat Ducato Type 250 with Euro 4 was not equipped with a diesel particulate filter (DPF) as standard.
At that time, it was often an optional extra.

Yes, that sounds about right, I have an 08 Citroen Dispatch with just a particulate filter and before I had a 2010 Fiat Scudo with the same engine that did have the full DPF set up.:)
