Five screws at bottom of door card - two bolts in handle piece for closing door and one under a small removable piece of plastic under the door opener.
Then pull door card away from external metal skin of door slowly and carefully with a wee bit of pressure. Once all done the door needs to be lifted up and away from the window and it should separate itself from the door skin. You will still have to removed the door handle linkage and the various electrical connector......speaker, tweeter, electric window controls etc.

Pretty sure there is a guide in the guides section.
