Technical Door Card Help!!!

Hey!
Ive just bought some new speaker as a upgrade from my standards!
But... Im having trouble get the front door card off!!
Can anyone help me locate all the screwsi need to remove it!!??

Another Question!!
Im buying a head unit with 4x80w output on in!! Will the tweeters still work ? And if they do are the taken half the power from the front door speakers?

Tweeters will work. They wont draw anything like half the power of the mids. Dont think that you will be getting 80w per channel though.

Can't say much about it other than a bit in your face. 80 W is maximum, lucky if you get anywhere near half that RMS.

it does say 80RMS at the top! im a bit concerned to!!

I see 80, then RDS but not 80RMS unless I am missing something?
