door bump strip removal ?

are the bumstrips on my punto stuck on or will they leave holes on the doors if i pull them off ? anyone know

they are stick on - no holes! Me and Martyn removed them off his Punto a wee while ago! not sure how he actually removed them, though presume it was just pull off!? You would have to ask him personally... However, once they were off, it was just a bit of glue along the door which we got off with de-bud spray and an old student card.... simples

bear in mind it wasnt a grande punto he had actually, so might be different...

Hair dryer or a heatgun with plenty polish afterwards as your paintwork would have faded with the sun.

Will take about 30 mins to remove

they are glued if they are, bump strips are a new one on me...maybe dealer fit option?

Dubster has them.

I'm suppriesd myslef how some Grandes have the Black door strips & some dont.... hmm

Andi, they were optional extras, you pay an extra ~£50 for them to be put on.
