ordered some beast side skirts for my car off here http://www.stxstyling.co.uk/ on the 6th april they said it was gonna take 14 days for delivery still not recieved them a month later no reply to emails gonna claim the money back through my credit card. AVOID

Sorry to hear that All internet traders should have a registered address and telephone number, though many don't. Is there no other way to contact them on the website?

i bought a kit of ebay from a seller who bought it from an ebay guy with same name as that, it was very badly made and came with 2 left skirts the seller got in touch with them and they said they would send new skirt but never did

i ordered a "cinquecento" splitter from them. took 2 months to get here after they emailed personaly! and said 3 days... turned out it was way to big for a cinq anyway.

well it said on the invoice that it was a universal splitter.. but it was listed on the cinquecento section so theoreticaly it should be the correct size... it didnt say anywhere that it was universal

cheers for replys guys ive looked on the invoice and theres a phone number... i give them a ring before but there shut on sundays :bang: gonna ring up tamoz an give um a ear full. wish i didnt order off them now the adress for them is a PO BOX not impressed at all..

well after 2 weeks i emailed and gt the reply saying a few more days because they were out of stock and were oirdering it from portugal... i thought "fair enough, you cant have everything in stock all the time and a few days is ok"..

a month or so later it finaly turned up and didnt fit lol

no way well i might just ask for a refund tamoz then if there parts dont fit.. must be copys then doesnt say anything about that on the site i dont think
what did you do send them back or leave it?

Ring them and give them an ear full, at least they have some sort of base with an 0870 number. Report to trading standards possibly, its worth a try.
