General Does it have choke lever?

I've just bought a second hand Fiat Uno 1.0 START and I don'to know whether this car has a choke lever or not but I can't find it. I'm finding problemz to drive it when it is cold and I thought it might have a choke. Otherwise, could anyone advice me about starting the car when it is cold. Thank you very much for you help

Uno Start are Mk2 1.0ie with SPI, so no choke.
