if fitting airhorns to a car will fail its M.O.T, i know there illegal bt will it fail an mot if there installed ? cheers for the help C.

I would think if they're illegal then they would fail an Mot but not sure.

Why not keep your normal horn and wire the air horns up to a seperate button or switch?

thats wat iv done mate bt i wasnt sure if having them on the separate switch would still allow it to pass its mot :s cheers mate

The car will pass an MOT if the air horns are on a seperate switch as the orginial horn (which would be legal) is still available to be used if required!.
