General does anybody know how to do the engine timing on their fiat punto 55sx?

Reason I've asked this is because my car seems to start up fine and then it cuts out when the revs come down, even after I've engine checked it. And then it it struggles to kick over again... any theories or remedies most appreciated, cheers. G

 

[Oldschool]

The ignition timing is worked out by the ECU. You can't just change it like it was with the oldschool cars.
You either have an injector problem, a faulty sensor/ECU or a mechanical problem.
