General doblo windscreen

Ayup,
Just on my way back from a job in Aberdeen yesterday (727 miles), just outside leeds when a giant boulder (alright small stone) hit and cracked my windscreen. It's too big a crack to repair, just wondered if anyone else has had a windscreen replaced and how much it cost. My insurance doesn't cover a replacement.

I've had three replacements. The Doblo windscreen is big and upright, and picks up the rocks.

But; I had mine done under insurance - still payed the excess though.

Sorry not to be helpful: give the windscreen people a ring tomorrow and find out.

Make sure you ring round several companies - and let them know thats what you are doing. I got a screen fitted into my Iveco for about one third of the original quote with just a few phone calls.

Yeah, i've emailed for a couple of quotes, just waiting for them to get back to me. I'll try again tomorrow to find some more companies. cheers guys

£105 all in , national windscreens in york, lots of ringing round Don't think that's too bad meself.

Not bad at all: the excess is about £60.
