Doblo multijet 1.3 -button query?

So sorry to have to ask this but I bought a doblo can- 2013 mulijet & there's a button I cannot identify, I have attached it. Could anyone shed light on this please? Its by the handbrake

hi yes it has an S with two arrows round it and a line through the S

That will turn Stop-Start on and off
If Im picturing the correct button

With the engine running..
Press the button .. you should get a connected / disconnected message on the speedo cluster

Do let us know..

If it has the line through it it means it's de-activated, no line and just the two arrows around the outside of the S means it's activated.
