Doblo Doblo maxi xl locked in!!!!

Last night I spent my first night sleeping in the back of my recently purchased 2016 Doblo xL van. Woke up and was panic stricken because I couldn’t get out! There are no internal handles on neither the back door or the side sliding door. I was terrified. Thank goodness I am thin and managed to push the passenger seat down through the bulkhead and crawl through. Why no way to open from inside? Any thoughts? Many thanks
