Technical Doblo Brakes

New member so hope this hasn't been covered before. 03 1.9 JTD 53000m. Thought I had power loss problems until I spotted brake light reflections in mirror, and realised that the brakes are applying themselves. There appears to be a tiny amount of pedal free play before push rod moves but no easily apparent way of adjusting it. After releasing throttle it drives normally. Often happens after a sharp turn. Any ideas would be appreciated.

If i remember correctly a few years ago there was an issue with modulator valves on air circuit causing this problem, think there was a service fix/recall
