Hi all

I am thinking of getting my doblo tuned

Has anyone heard of a company called Angel tuning

They have been recommended to me by a mate

Has anyone used this company if so what was the result

Thanks

Hi Bazza
I dont think diesels lend them selves to tuning as a petrol engine would, the compression ratio is already around 18:1 the best you do is to rechip the injection timing to give more or less top end performance, and there is a price to pay, possibly; it wont pull ,you will loose MPG. it might blow itself up,
buy yourself a motorbike if you need a thrill

I've seen the results on paper - 150bhp from the JTD. :D

Sounds too good to be true I don't get what you're going to lose, maybe nothing just your sanity!:D

Let us know how you get on - I'm quite tempted but not sure if I can justify it to my accountant - do I really need to get to work that quick :D :D :D

The JTD is a very flexible engine, and as has been said you can get some great BHP figures from it :)

Not only will you gain power, but you'll also gain better MPG as well when you aren't putting your heavy right foot to the floor ;)

There are quite a few companies about, Angel Tuning is well advertised on here but look on the internet and you'll find others too. I think Celtic Tuning is another that's advertised here.

Angel Tuning know the Doblo's very well....... we run a fleet of them ourselves :)

Oh boy do I - I grew up in them :)

Mum had a 128 Rallye, then 3 x 127's in a row. Dad had a Supamirafiori (the best name for a car ever, although it was a bit like calling a 70's Ford a "Superdagenham" lol)
