Have a 2010 1.6 Doblo Multijet. From cold slight black smoke on acceleration, then as warming up goes into limp mode until code deleted, appears to lose boost (tested with physical gauge) just prior to limp mode. Codes P010f-21 air mass sensitivity signal below drift limit , P0101-01 Air mass signal failure, P0113-15 Air temp sensor short to battery or open circuit, P0235-15 Turbo Pressure Sensor short to battery or open circuit, P0409-14 EGR position sensor short to ground or open, P0095-15 air intake temp sensor short to battery or open, P0748-13 unit metering eleectrical open circuit, P0190-15 Rail Pressure short to battery or open, P2620-13 Throttle valve actuator back line no signal. ETC.ETC.
Most of these have stayed deleted and may have been battery condition related, however P0238 Boost pressure sensor and P0101F-21 Air Mass sensor codes still reappear even though sensors replaced.
Vehicle aquired knowing it had oil in water, which replacing oil cooler cured, however if it happens to you I would point out the modern plastic water hose O rings swell up due to the oil contamination so if disturbed will end up being replaced!!!
Sorry to be long winded, what I would like to know is the vacuum circuit from the small bore pipe from the brake servo pump on the engine, via solenoid valves, egr cooler, wastegate solenoid etc. on route to the turbo. My thoughts are that as engine warms up to the point that EGR starts to operate it is somehow stopping the vacuum to the turbo wastegate, so I would like to know the operation better.
