You must remember that a lot of people on here have fairly well off families, you have to be to own a car through sixthform/college/university.

However, when you shout about it in such a way it gets people's backs up a bit sometimes. Anyway, it's only light hearted!

I bet she only does the school run in it too, typical X5 driver! Had one of those at my school who once thought it ok to block the entrance, despite my horn three times it took her 60 seconds to get off her phone call after dropping off her twins in the year below. It blocked the whole road!

I think the reason people got pissed off was the way u 'joked' about ur parents paying for insurance. Alot of people have to work really hard to pay for their car and keep it on their road and dont like it when other people get their cars paid for and the kids take it for granted.

We had 3 too until mine was sold and I left, now we have 2 and a caravan *shudders* - why oh why they decided they wanted to get a caravan I do not know! So anyway, 2 cars and 2 adults in the household, Stu has a ratio of 1.5 per person but Pete has 2 per person I do believe! Sammi too, gosh, we are a greedy lot!


And Lora, we're all rather posh. I class myself as fairly middleclass like many on here, however, i met the real middle class at Oxford when the guy accross from me paid £35k a year for his school in the Swiss Alps......oh and the boy from Eaton, oh and Harrow. You live near enough by! Anyway, i was going to say that my friend on my course went to *insert the best one in B'ham* which I think was St. Pauls? Just can't remember quite. My other friend went to school and was friends with the first person ever to do 10 A levels. I have just realised all my friends currently are public school.
