You should do it. otherwise it will take a few hundred km for the ecu to self-adjust.
There are some self adaptive parameters that will be affected by a MAP sensor.

Hi,
Assuming you don't have Multiecuscan to reset learnt parameters, disconnect the battery for 20 minutes or so.
