DIY remapping

Hi

I have MPPS OBD2 and software also ECM Titanium 1.7 (going to have a play with that later).

Apart from the re-map file, ( going to buy one then tweak around a little at a time to see how the ECM program works), is there any other hardware/software needed to program the ecu ?

Yea first thing I did when having a test session with MPPS was to save the ecu file and have a mess around with it in ECM to see what parameters were changeable.

On the re-flashing side I wasn't sure if there was anything else that went between the MPPS and the ECU, I dont thing there is but I have seen a video where a KWP looking box was inline.

I think there is a thread in the stilo section by shadyman who has done flashing to ecu of pre written files, ive got his old lead but haven't used it yet it just says eobd programer on it.
