Panda diesel will not start

fiat punto 2007 1.3 diesel
car starts for a second when it gets some fuel and dies instantly
so far good battery, cleand clogged egr,tested wave pattern on crank and cam pulled off hi pump and injectors to test all goood 85 bar low pump,350 bar + hi pump had ecu tested injector have pulses when attache a noid lite,telemetry sais I got everything but fuel , at this stage lost so any help would be great

Has it jumped a tooth on the timing chain?
It's not unheard of on these motors, that would send the injection pulse out, it'll not fire properly.

You don't describe it, but a EGR stuck open will choke the motor of air, so it'll cough and have difficulty igniting the fuel when cranking.

I'm with Goudrons. Having had timing issues myself. It is a possibility.

Is the fuel pump definitely running? I had a problem like this (on a TVR lol) where the pump was priming the injectors ok but the main fuel pump relay had failed. So, you switched on the ignition,the pump primed for half a second as it should, the engine tried to start with a short brrrrm! and then fuel starvation, it coughed and died. All the crank sensor signal etc were there, it was just the pump run-relay that had failed.

Is this done with a seperate relay on the Panda or solely through the ECU? Dunno, but I thought it worth mentioning

I think all sorted , at the end of the rain bow seems that after the various diagnostic proceedures and fixing faulty ecu , the problem all originally caused by the throttle valve and signal to it ,causing everything go haywire
