Technical Diesel tuning plug & play chip or ECU remap

Hi

I am thinking of getting my Stilo 80 JTD diesel tuned.

What does anyone think about, plug and play chip or remapped ECU.

I have seen the following items on ebay for about £90 and they all say they will increase the BHP to 101 and Torque to 245.

MYDIESELBOX - Diesel Tuning Performance Chip / Fiat Stilo JTD M-Jet
PRO-BITZ - Diesel Tuning Performance Chip Box Fiat Stilo
CHEETAH - FIAT Diesel Tuning Chip / Doblo Punto Stilo JTD M-Jet

Hoes anyone had any experiance with the above items and will 20 BHP really make the car much better, will I notice the difference.

Celtic Tunning say they can remapp the ECU upto 130 BHP for £300.
Would this be better than buying a plug and play chip.

Any information would really help.
