Technical Diesel Injector Help

My doblo Cargo is a 1.9 non turbo and is running very rough and cutting out at junctions also revving up and down by itself
I have noticed that if you look at the injectors you can see diesel bubbling round where they screw into the head, has anyone seen this before on a diesel ? and would this be causing the rough idle and cutting out ?

Have you tried tightening it yet?

(no it shouldn't be doing that)

Is the small rubber sleeve that fits over the side of the injector not leaking.
That can leave diesel bubbling like you describe.

Tried tightening it today but was already tight, have checked the pipes for leaks and are not leaking.
any other suggestions as to why its not idling ?
I had the same symtoms 6 months ago and the fiat delaer fitted new injectors, have now covered 40,000 miles since then,
Cant understand why the injectors would fail after this short time, have already changed the fuel filter and put several diesel cleaners through it.
