Some people may remember I was complaining that I paid for diamondbrite but the interior protection wasn't done and they handed me the can to do it myself.
Well nearly two months later i've finally got a full refund! I went to Fiat Customer Service in Italy and they chased it up with the dealer. They said the dealer would call me and after month still no call. So I complained again and they again chased it up with the dealer. After a final three weeks they called the dealer and demanded they contact me.
The dealer phoned me saying they had been given the wrong number (a stupid excuse as they had two numbers to contact me on when I purchased the car) They inspected the trim on the car (white marks all over the grill, mirror casing and rubbing strip that I couldn't get out) and said he'd either rectify it or refund me. He should have done both however I know it wasn't going to cost £300 to get some cleaner and rub it on the plastic co I took the refund. So glad it is over - will NEVER use that dealer again (Brindley Fiat Wolverhampton)
