Buy some dials from lockwood in any colour you prefer. You can find them in most motor acessory stores.
To sort out the fuel guage problem, its just a matter of removing the needle and moving it down alittle, but make sure that the pin that the needle sits on doesn't spin when you remove it, so lock it down with something or hold it with pliars.
Im assuming if the white dials are in KMH i reckon that your car is a MK2. If its a Digital mileometer then you can't do anything with the dials sadly. Unless the previous owner has left the old ones underneath.
