hey peeps when i bought my bravo it had white dials put in, i dont like them and i wanna know is it an easy job to get rid ofthem, will the original dials be behind it??

I presume its a MKI Bravo?

Dont the new ones slide in over the old one? if so it shouldn't be a huge job to slip it back out. doesn't the white look ok?

they do look ok but hey are in kilometres and irish road signs are in miles per hour, also the petrol needle seems to be off i mean like wehn i fill it it goes way over the top mark and the petrol light goes on about 2/3 the way down

My petrol light comes on at 1/4 of a tank if that helps...

Buy some dials from lockwood in any colour you prefer. You can find them in most motor acessory stores.

To sort out the fuel guage problem, its just a matter of removing the needle and moving it down alittle, but make sure that the pin that the needle sits on doesn't spin when you remove it, so lock it down with something or hold it with pliars.

Im assuming if the white dials are in KMH i reckon that your car is a MK2. If its a Digital mileometer then you can't do anything with the dials sadly. Unless the previous owner has left the old ones underneath.

This is just advice mate.

its a 1997 1.4sx so i think its a mk 1 right, its not a digital mileometer,

normally when you change the dials you have to remove the old ones, i had to on my mk1 1.4sx bravo.

Its easy removing the Dials out of a Bravo.

Remove the plastic casing around steering wheel.
Remove the screws around the dials.
The dial cluster will then come out.
Unplug the plugs at the back and remove carefully.
Then unclip the plastic cover around the dials and you can then see if you have the old ones underneath or not.
