Technical Diagnostic socket

Does anyone know if there's a fuse for the diagnostic socket and if so where it is?

Tried two different code readers and neither will work.

Fixed. Several fuses loose in facia fuse box due to metal tags weakening, £20 secondhand fuse box and that faults cured.
