Desperate Help Required!!!

MY Bravo HGT wont start. I think it's to do with the immobilizer but i don't have the 5 digit code. I have red key etc. The code light stays on as well as the ignition? light. I have read about the emergency start up but it says i need the code!!!

Is there anyway around it like disconnecting battery etc? How much would fiat charge for a code does anyone know?
