Dealer hidden cost!

Hey all, just ordered a 500 and realised afterwards the dealer added a delivery package without asking.. £178 worth

Waiting on a call back now from the sales manager, he is sure to be removing it and getting my view aired to him..

Perhaps I'm being stupid. How can they add a charge and you not notice it

Didn't use a credit card no but I wish I had for the order deposit.

I didn't realise as we went through all the options in the showroom, I called them later at home and said I wanted to go ahead with the car and paid a £200 refundable order fee.. Was a couple of hours later I checked the figures online and noticed the extra, emailed them straight away (out of hours)

Call up FIAT UK and complain if no one is getting back to you.

free mots for life lol they know people who buy new cars normally change them after warrenty runs out. did they give that in writting and did it say for the car you are buying only? if not take all your friends an familys cars in for free mots
