Technical Dead Screen Washers

I have to be the first to admit that I don't really know my way around under Doblo's bonnet!
I am in London and wife is in Chester, with no Windscreen washers - back works, but not front. She will arive home tonight in the dark, and leave tomorrow morning, in the dark.
Any suggestions where I need to point my torch to find the fault, please?
