You must not mount the top strap of a harness to the floor behind the front seats, its very dangerous. The top strap should be as close to horizontal as possible and secured to something very strong.

The steeper the angle the more it relies on the seat to support you in the case of a crash and seats are not strong.

If you have the rear strap basically vertical then it will do nothing in a crash. The seat back will collapse and do you a lot of harm.

A poorly installed/used harness can be very dangerous.

Thnx for the advice, so im better off using normal seat belts then.

Cheers mate, Stu..

I acutally fitted the seat belts to the existing front seat belt points. This meant that it was fully road legal. But I would suggest using some point to the rear, that fits according to the law (not sure where to say) but doing that means its pointless with back seats.

And in the end of the day, its pointless having a Bravo as a 2 seater. Get me a sports car anyday in comparison.
