Technical Dashcam Hardwire. Which fuse?

Could I have some help please?

Fiat 500 C Lounge Convertible. 2013.

Halfords fitted a dashcam and it's having problems: first it was problems with the central locking and now the camera either states to connect to charger (while I am driving) or I arrive back from a long drive and it tells me to connect the camera to a charger as the battery is low. It's going back tomorrow and they have stated that they have a new person and he knows what he is doing; although he didn't seem to when I spoke to him on the phone.

Does anyone know what fuse it should connect to? Anything else I should know about when a dashcam is hard wired?

Pick up the feed from the "power socket " next to the handbrake by connecting underneath goes on and off with the key.
The locking could be a different issue like the tailgate wiring issue
