Dashboard wiring

I am fitting front fogs to my 2000 Marea and have been looking at where the relay goes behind the glovebox.

The relay holder has all 4 wires in it.

So the 4 connections on the relay are:-
30 = Red/Black wire to 20amp fuse
87 = Brown wire to fog lamps (and back to switch panel)
85 = Yellow wire to ignition
86 = Blue/Black wire to switch panel in car.

The problem I have is that there does not appear to be a blue/black wire at the switch panel in the dashboard.

Does anyone know if this wire goes to a different colour between the relay and the dashboard or if it is just left hanging somewhere ??

I dont think the wiring was ever pulled through to the switch panel. Are all wires allocated on the plug coming from the car to the switch panel? If there are spaces it may mean they've not bee connected. Worth checking out.
