Technical Dashboard issues.

Hi everyone. I have an issue with my son's 2010 punto evo. The symptoms I have im not sure it's a fault with the Blue & Me unit. I have the clock flashing and is unable to be reset.and the odometer is stuck in kilometres. I will be most grateful for any advice. Thanks.

First thing to check would be the battery. If it's flat or connectors problems, especially the main ground.
But it does sound like discharged battery.
