Technical dashboard HELP

Just got the clutch fixed and the car was on the way back from the garage, however on the way back the electronic dash suddenly flickered and packed in.

Has anyone had this problem before and know how to sort it?

any info would be great,

under battery tray are earth cables... check them.... there is dash earthed
