got my wee runaround on the road today, £160 cinq sporting and i have 2 dash lights .
red injector looking light - ecu fault??
amber key with code under it - key code??

they are illuminated prior to starting then go out then both come on after 5 mins or so or like the journey i just did they didnt come on at all.

seems intermittant. really puzzled

for the key code i have a full spare lockset an dkey with ecu ect with a chip2race in it, would this help?

I to have this problem..... No running problems i put it down to wrong ecu message, but it is getting bl00dy annoying so do want to get it sorted.

I'd ignore

They both should come on together and then go off upon turning the key from its first position.

The key light can come on when the ECU is doing a built in test while driving - the example Fiat quote is if the voltage is low.

thanks with all the reply's

ill start doing all the earths at work tommorow, the battery is old as well so it may be a contributing factor.

are the chips2race chips any good?, when i was using the search function they came up a lot with mixed reviews.

i bought the cinq as a runnaround as it was cheap but boy arent they fun, i havent had this much fun since i sold my mini cooper in 85!!! its like driving a roller skate :D
