Dash lights & speedo not working!?

I havent used my car for about four days due to stolen plates. got new plates on and charged my car battery as it was dead. when i turned the car on, i noticed that none of the lights on the dash were working and the speedo, revs counter went all the way to the end and have proceeded to stay there. i cant see how much petrol is in the car, no mileage, time or anything.

i have changed fuses and im just not sure what it is that has caused this. if anyone can offer some help that would be much appreciated

the issue here may well be why the battery was flat..!!,
