General Dash and rear lights not working

My daughters car has no speedo lights or rear lights, this was an intermittent fault that started recently, they all work with the ignition key in the parking light position so I am guessing this is all related.

From what I can find on here it is switch related and probably the center column stalk.

Can someone advise what to look for.

Sounds switch related, she also won't have front possition lights working either as they're all linked as well.

Oddly enough the head lights work fine as does the drivers side brake light, its only the tali lights, passenger side brake light and dash lights that don't.

cinq or sei?did you check the fuses anyway? maybe loose or something. if sei, check boot connections, that no spring is jammed or that the contact pads are rusty or dirty...

What about front position / parking lights.

but are the front position lights working when not in the parking position? If you have dim dip you'll need to pull that fuse to check.

Thanks for your suggestions turns out I had two problems a faulty switch on the dash which I repaired and a bad connection on one of the brake lights.

All sorted now.
